Vacancy Description:
The training officer role will be responsible for the training and development of learners in company and in our new training facility. They would also have a caseload of level 3 advanced apprentices in companies and will be responsible for assessing and supporting them in areas such as manufacturing, design and maintenance.
You will also have the opportunity to be trained in assessing and also given the opportunity to develop in new sectors such as of health and safety, manual lifting and other short training courses. To support this development, the training officer will given the opportunity to complete a NEBOSH health and safety qualification.
