As a charity, we encourage the employers we work with to put something back into the heart of the Engineering training sector. All members have the opportunity to join Stegta’s board and support the Chief Executive in the planning and direction of the organisation.
Full Membership with Stegta is £100 per annum.
By becoming a Member company you will be able to access the following services:
Learner Enrichment
Learners can apply for some additional funding which can assist them with driving lessons, new tool kit, travel assistance etc.
Discounts on training courses with our partner organisations
If you require training support within any other aspects of your business, where we can, we will arrange discounted training for you with one of our partner organisations. This may include Short Courses including: First Aid, Health and Safety, COSHH, Abrasive Wheel Safety, Manual Handling etc. as well as other Apprenticeship sectors including Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management training etc.

We will display your company logo in the Members Section of our website with a hyperlink directly to your website.
Associate Members
Companies who are currently engaged in a training initiative with STEGTA, are immediately entered into the STEGTA Associate Member database.
STEGTA Associate Membership status enables the employer to take advantage of a range of business training opportunities with our listed training partners.
STEGTA currently provides training support for companies throughout the UK.
FREE Learner support via the Peninsula Employee Assistance Programme
We have teamed up with Peninsula to give our learners access to help, advice and guidance with any personal or professional problems which could affect their workplace performance, productivity, health and well-being.
