Endress+Hauser Limited has worked with STEGTA for many years and enjoys a strong partnership for technical training.

Our most recent experience with STEGTA was at the end of 2020, when we were looking to recruit a new apprentice for our Service workshop. We discussed with them the type of technical apprentice needed and type of apprenticeship, which was a change from previous but was a better fit for our activities – i.e. calibration. STEGTA very kindly offered their services in terms of preselection of a number of applicants who were short listed down to 4 candidates.

The candidates were interviewed face-to-face (in line with the covid restrictions at the time) and we short listed three, which reduced to two following second interviews. Although the two candidates were like chalk and cheese, we decided to employ both as they would complement each other.

Both Apprentices are now in their second year with us and are progressing extremely well, having completed their initial basic training at The STEGTA Training Centre and are well supported both at site and through the regular review meetings.

By working with STEGTA as an Apprenticeship partner, we know that the end result will be two highly skilled engineers who will both complement the Service team and make a valued contribution to the company.
